HEy guys umm i cant open iTunes.i installed it and everything and when i try to run it it says iTUnes has encountered a problem and needs to close sorry for the inconveinence.and then i searched how to put music onto ur ipod without itunes,and i found this program called floola but when i try to run it it has the same problem!!! what the heck is going on plz answer ASAP!!!
