LG Rumor by sprint issues?

My wife and I both got the LG Rumor in July and now they are both crapping out on us. My phone can not text on one half of the keyboard and hers is starting to have complications also.

Is there anyway that sprint will help us? 5 months and what a rip!
 
call and ask for a replacement phone, they will send you a phone with a brown protective envelope to send the defective phone back to them via mail. make u send it 15 days or less or they will charge u on your bill. activate the new phones and wait for them to fix your old phones!
