Either a 60gb Xbox 360 pro with GTA4, NHL 08 (and evreything that comes with it, cables, controller etc.) OR:
a [1st generation] Ipod touch 32GB with evreything that comes with it eear buds cables etc...

also answer this question as if you couldnt have the games with the xbox.

go for the iPod. you can take it anywhere, and get more use out of it.
