I ahve free texting but I want some free ringtones...you know like a website where you can go and generate your own ringtone and send it to your phone without any charges. Please make sure that there isn't anything to pay for cause my dad would KILL me if I charged any money on our account!

Phonezoo is a free website that you can send pictures and ringtones through texts going to your phone.
All you need to do is go to www.phonezoo.com and create an account then put your number in and then you can browse through ringtones and pictures.
it is really free i wouldn't use it if it wasn't.
