Reviews on Wii Internet Channel?

If anyone has already downloaded it, can you tell me what you think about the channel?

It sounds great from what I've heard, but I'm mainly concerned on whether there is any risk of viruses, hackers, etc. invading my Wii console.

Any opinions are appreciated.

The internet channel is alright if you just want to browse through google but if you want to listen to music or play games on it... it sucks. the only video website that it supports is youtube. It doesn't take up too much space on your wii's memory. But on youtube it isn't as fast as a computer would be. An a wii will never get a virus through the internet channel unless you download off of it.

There is absolutely no risk of viruses on your wii at all unless you go for homebrew. the internet channel is worth 500 wii points but I got it for free. It plays YouTube.

i have it.

they are coming out with a new update for it so its like a computer!!

you can make tabs
you can upload photos (like myspace/facebook)
and lots more. i cant wait!!
