i never eat breakfast and never eat a big lunch but i always have a good sized dinner i am out side playing with my dog for at least a hour each day i am 14 is this unhealthy or does it not really matter

well, by eating breakfast it gets your metabolism going for the day, so it is healthy to eat at least a little something...like a yogurt, etc

our bodies are really made to consume and burn small amounts of calories throughout the day - so if you have a bunch of little snack sometimes that can be healthier than three big meals. If the only meal you are really eating is at night - then your body is working to store those calories as fat during the night - rather than using them up right away (I assume that you don't play with your dog right after dinner). You should be eating throughout the day.

i am 15 and i never eat breakfast. my mom gets mad at me for it cuz she says i need it. she is a doctor so i listen to what she has to say but i sitll dont eat :) haha
but i think your fine :)

It's better to eat 3 healthy balanced meals a day,, if you could.

When I was a kid, my mom never let me go to school w/o feeding me, even a cup of milk, she had to make sure I drank it,, so I learned that breakfast was so important...

But I also think and read in the news that if you were gonna eat sugary fatty snack for your breakfast, it could be better off to skip it..

It is un-healthily.....but as long as you feel okay

it should be fine

you know what they say, "breakfast is the most important meal of the day." well, they aren't lying!! breakfast should actually be your biggest meal. it kick-starts your metabolism and gives you energy to get moving/active. lunch should be a medium-sized meal and dinner should actually be your smallest.
if you want to be healthy, i would start eating breakfast :] besides, it's so yummy!! lol. but it isn't going to kill you if you don't eat it either. it's recommended because you'll probably feel better too.
