Last night I got up quickly and ran in to check on my screaming baby and

almost passed out & now I feel weak? I have also had some non threatening irregular heartbeats for years and the last couple days a sharp quick pain in my back under my left shoulder blade kind of in my ribs. I don't know if any of this is related or if I simply got up too fast. I also don't know why I feel so weak and winded today. Maybe the fact that my 8 month old bf baby still wakes up several times at night so I'm not getting any sleep might be contributing? Should I call my doctor?
