Are there books and/or web sites that I can look at that help to build credibility?

You don't need a book......be honest.........do what you say you will do.......easy........

There are plenty of books and websites to "teach" you how to be a good sales person, but you must build your own credibility. How do you do that? Start by looking clean cut; wear a nice suit, and always be friendly, cheerful, and most of all honest in your dealings with your customers.
