Lincoln LS or Mustang GT?

Which is the best choice...have two small kids, single dad, want something sporty, reliable.

Boy likes the LS (2005, v-8), girl likes lincoln (2000, v-8).

I think if you have kids, you should buy the LS. The GT isn't practical for kids, it's a real pain to get out of the back seats.
