I made an order to allposters.com before Christmas. They guaranteed the item would be at my house by Christmas eve. I called the website at 1pm on Christmas eve and they told me that the item would be at my house by 4:30 pm definitely. The item did not get to my house until the day after Christmas. When I called to day, they claimed they could only refund my shipping. Is there any other steps I can take to get just compensation or to make their lives a living hell?
