does the emergency contraceptive pill AND stress make your period come late?

I took Plan B after unprotected sex with my boyfriend, and even though after negative results on a pregnancy test, I'm 20 days late.

Also, my boyfriend had broken up with me suddenly (due to financial stress) in the middle of november. Could the emotional stress of that have anything to do with being late?
