Can you go to any hospital if you have suicidal thoughts?

I'm insured. The low down is I've been having thoughts for several years now. Today they really hit a peek. It was the first time in a couple years I almost wrote a note. I probably should have asked this question a long time ago, but I guess better late than never. I guess I worry about a lot of things. I worry about my job. I worry about people finding out. Maybe after the new year I'll get this all straightened out. Maybe it'll pass on its own. My gut tells me to go tomorrow but I'm not so sure.
