ACT composite score prediction?

I took the Explore test just last year and got a 23 out of 25. This is the 99th percentile.
English-25 (100th)
Math-23 (97th)
Science-24 (99th)
Reading-18 (88th) **most people got lower scores on this one compared to their other scores for some reason.

This score predicts a 24-28 on the PLAN test which I believe is out of 32...
What do you think my ACT score would come out to (I know its hard to make an accurate prediction, but roughly.)
