1.) find the location of where you dropped your pen
2.) find the pen
3.) when you find the pen walk towards it
4.) once youhave walked to the pen, bend down
5.) when you have bended down reach out your hand and grab the pen
6.) walk out of the room with the pen in your hand (unless your in the room you need to be in)
7.) Do whatever it is that you were going to do with the pen.......

You don't have to bend at all. Just take your shoes off and pick it up with your toes. Hellllllo problem solved.
