    I can't close my internet windows,help please?

I can't close my internet windows without there being a problem.Every time I click "x" the window goes white and sorta fades and then another window pops up and says "restart program" and then goes another one saying "end now".

It's been like this for a few months and I guess I was to lazy to fix it but,now it's really getting on my nerves and the only way I can get rid of a window is by getting the task manager. When I click the task manager the other windows get closed as well when I only clicked one.

    What should I do?

I assume you are referring to Internet Explorer. In which case, they are so many things that could be causing that. I highly recommend you start using Firefox as your internet browser. It's is so much more stable than internet explorer.
