Not sure about the future, but for now: Financial security from him and an easy way out of life. That is what you're with him for anyway, right?

    Nothing good.

Just think of what a loser a 44 yr old is to be chasing after a 20 yr old. Soon you'll be 30 and that will seem too OLD for him and he'll look for another 20 yr old.

Here's list of things that the future can bring:

    -impotence
    - his health issues you have to deal with pretty soon
    -dying before you
-not understanding or wanting to participate in your age activities
-finding that you have very little in common like your friends

-him at 60 yrs old and you at the prime of your life and in sexual peek and he just can't keep up

edit: if you do get married don't marry until he takes a life insurance policy. You may be in your 40s and single after he dies, he should make you sure you at least have the money for a funeral and decent place to live.

Sorry for being so negative but you must have had your doubts yourself to be posting this question.

we are in this same situation only that i'm 22 and we have been together for 4yrs and married for 6months. from my experience i think he will give you all the love and respect you desire and problably even more. but you might have different sexual disires.
this is just my situation and i'm just sharing with you so that you man have an idea.
but then again, people are different and just follow your heart girl.
i cant really tell you much coz you know this open.

Age is, after all and ultimately, just a number. As long as you are both secure in the knowledge that when you are 60 and just looking forward to retirement, he will be 84 and already done with retirement and on the way out, then you know what you're getting involved in.
