I know about islam mostly:
a) Relgion is founded by God ( Allah). Mohammed is the messenger.
b) Qur'an
c) There is only ONE God & Mohammed is the messenger of God. Jesus is also a prophet, no son & is not God.
d) Crescent moon & star.
You want an explanation for all of these religions? All these religions and philosophies have a lot of books, writings, teachings and intellectual thought behind them. Whole encyclopedias of reference as well.
I don't think there is room on Yahoo Answers for that amount of total cr*p.

Most people get confused about Hinduism...
Hinduism is a "Monotheistic-Polytheism."
There is one God (capital "G") but many gods (lower case "g")
The one God is Brahman.
The many gods (Shiva, Kali, Ganesh, etc.) are specific facets/attributes of Brahman.
According to Hinduism, anybody who believes in God in any way, shape or form (even Buddhism) is a Hindu. i.e.; Every belief system listed in your question is "Hindu" to a Hindu. Whether or not Confucianism is "Hindu" depends on whether the Confucianist perceives his/her faith to be a religion or a philosophy.
I'll do Christianity since I am a Christian!
the teachigs
A) We follow the teachings sent from God and explained more through His Son Jesus Christ.
B) We believe The Bible is The One Holy and Sacred Word of God.
C) Jesus taught for us to love one another and how to live a life upright in the eyes of God. He sent the 10 Commandments to Mises for 10 laws and taught us more through Parables written down by Dicsiples and teachings to others.
D) Many Christians wear Cross jewelry sybolizing Jesus's death on The Cross to save us from our sins. He did this so he could plead for us to the Lord Our God.
