Internet Explorer and Fire Fox not working. But Chrome and Netscape Work.?

I get this in Internet Explorer:
The web page is unavailable because you are offline.

I get this in Firefox:
Failed to Connect
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at google.com.

That's when i open the browsers or try to go to any website.

But when i use Google Chrome or Netscape Browser they seem to be working just fine.
