I don't have a direct answer, although it is usually a simple tightening of the torsion bars. Be careful - vehicles are designed for their ride height. It can cause all sorts of geometry issues if you lift them much.
on the lower control arm where the torsion bar sits there is a single bolt. you turn that bolt and it will raise or lower the front end. but that is it just one bolt on either lower control arm it's about a 3/4 in size.
