Every time I eat, I throw up my food because my doctor told me that I'm overweight. So far I have lost weight, but today I ate 2 pieces of pie. I tried throwing it up, but it's too sticky and gooey & it just makes me totally sick when I try to vomit it up. So...what can I do to throw it up? Should I drink something or what? and yes I know it's the unhealthy way to lose weight, but I've tried everything and this is the only thing that has actually worked for me.
