how do i unlock my sprint phone?

i need to unlock my bluetooth on my sprint phone to where i can send music instead of paying

the password for bluetooth is usually 0000, 1234, or 0123

Sometimes service providers lock options on phones so that you can not use its full capabilities. This might be a possibility as why you cant transfer music with your bluetooth. I know Verizon has done it a lot in the past I don't know about Sprint.
