any suggestions for an eyeliner that glides on smoothly and easily for my inner rim?

I only wear eyeliner on my inner rim (waterline) and its SUCH a hassle. anything I find that seems like it won't rub off usually won't glide onto my inner rim very easily and sometimes won't go on at all. like I tried a twist up pen by jordana and its so waxy it won't even show up on my wet inner rim.

but anything soft in pencil form glides on beautifully and looks amazing. but it only lasts for like an hour and if I even touch my eyes...forget about it.

I've been using the h.I.p eyeliner in black and it slides on dark and with ease but it smudges down my face so fast...

any sugestions? I want something that will last but will also slide on easily
