Changing the alternator on a 1995 Dodge Grand Caravan 3.0L
When I went to put the belt back in place it was loose and wouldn't give me slack
I changed the Tensioner Pulley and the belt is still loose
Please help.

Check the belt routing as compared to the underhood diagram.
