Im on a cingular plan but i really want a Sidekick!!! Cant i just put my SIM card in the sidekick and do everything a cingular phone can?

no you need to unlock your phone inorder to use other network sim in your phone. you can unlock it using codes. you can get the codes either from your service provider or from other online providers like Simpleunlocking.com
