I think that all religions accept relationships between the same gender, Jesus had a very close relationship with His disciples and He lives in Christians so that makes Christianity a religion based on relationship. However I suspect you are talking about sexual relationships like sodomy and lesbian relationships, if that is what you are refering to then the answer is no. Most religions view this a perverted and wrong.
