    Does this sound like a good morning workout routine for a 13 year old girl?

    I wake up at 6:15 (later if don't want to shower, but i usually do every morning)
    I work out I do 50 crunches 20 push ups 50 relevaes on both feet and 25 on each foot 5 leg lifts (I hold 6 inches for 5 sec each time) 5 pleas in first second and third position (both feet front in third) I do the thing where you get on your hands and knees and lift your leg up and down 16 times on each leg then I stretch butterfly pretzel figure four and where you put your legs out and front stretch my arms and back and stand up and reach down So is that a good workout routine for a 13 year old girl?? BTW I dance so that's why I do the relevaes and pleas sometimes on the weekend I'll do more ballet stuff.

    I don't want to lose weight!! I'm 5'3 and 98 pounds I'm skinny!!!!!!!!!!! I exercise to get in shape for dance not to lose weight

    Its all a bit to much if i'm honest. Your 13, not some overweight 30 year old who needs to loose some pounds. Some excersize is beneficial of course but exercise everyday to the extent in which you are doing has to be dangerous. Make sure you have enough foods to provide energy in your diet.
