I wake up at 6:15 (later if don't want to shower, but i usually do every morning)
I work out I do 50 crunches 20 push ups 50 relevaes on both feet and 25 on each foot 5 leg lifts (I hold 6 inches for 5 sec each time) 5 pleas in first second and third position (both feet front in third) I do the thing where you get on your hands and knees and lift your leg up and down 16 times on each leg then I stretch butterfly pretzel figure four and where you put your legs out and front stretch my arms and back and stand up and reach down So is that a good workout routine for a 13 year old girl?? BTW I dance so that's why I do the relevaes and pleas sometimes on the weekend I'll do more ballet stuff.
I don't want to lose weight!! I'm 5'3 and 98 pounds I'm skinny!!!!!!!!!!! I exercise to get in shape for dance not to lose weight
