...religion as well? If one is to teach the religious theory of creationism over or with the scientific theory of evolution in school, then shouldn't every religions theory be taught? The U.S. states freedom of religion, therefore wouldn't every present and past religions form of creationism have to be taught? Then wouldn't that mean greek mythology would have to be taught as fact instead of mythology? There is as much proof that the greek gods exist as do the christian god.

Furthermore, in which class would these be taught? The theory of evolution is based solely on science and thus has all right to be taught in science. However all the rest are based on speculation not science, so they obviously don't belong in a science class.

I'm not stating either/or is correct, I just wondering what different people think.
