I know I would need to trim files down to less than 600kb and/or under 30 seconds and have done so. I've dragged and dropped the files into the folder "music/ringtones" but when I go to select them in my phone they are not on the list of available ringtones. I have made sure the files are mp3's and that the size restrictions are met.
Am I missing something here? Do I have to by-pass the rogers stuff in order to be allowed to use these, or is it more a problem with the phones firmware?
