    Xbox repair status still says "BILLING INFORMATION RECEIVED". How long does this...

    ...usually take? I live in Randolph, New Jersey, and its said this on the Xbox repair site for over four days now. It says my consoles been shipped, but it obviously hasn't if there is no tracking number or anything. Its been repaired so i would naturally like to have it shipped back any day now

    Your patience is being tested for sure. To be home and not have the Xbox is torture. Truth is that from the info that you have, your Xbox is not likely done nor shipped.
