I let stress get to me. I left my girlfriend of 3 years because I was so stressed out over the job I had working with her dad. I feel ashamed and cowardly for leavining and I can't get over it. How can I stop feeling so low and ashamed for my actions? How can I regain or try to redeem myself and be able not to feel like a coward anymore?
