Internet browsing messed up?

I am using internet explorer with windows vista to browse the internet and whenever I go to google and do a search, I click on the links and it takes me to one webpage called myshovel.com or something like that instead of taking me to the page that I am looking for. Do you think that I have spyware?

could be spyware, sounds more like a virus though. I would disconnect from the internet and run a scan as soon as possible.

Sounds like you do have spyware:

Download spybot search and destroy here and do a full scan. Remember to update first:
http://www.spybot.info/en/mirrors/index.html

Then download and install firefox. It's far securer and better in many other ways.
