Is my husband's sister's husband my brother-in-law, or just my husband's?

Sorry if that was confusing. I'm just wondering about titles of in-laws. My husband has a sister, Sarah, who married a man named Dave. Dave is my husband's brother-in-law, and Sarah is my sister-in-law.. is Dave also my brother-in-law??

Sarah is your sister-in-law. So you would say "My brother AND sister in law".

    Yes, they're both your in-laws.

I think that yes, he would be considered your brother-in-law too.

I'd call him my husband's brother-in-law.. but I know exactly what you mean I think it goes either way.

When you get married you're practically one. So I would say he is.
