Why does Telus Media player only play 30 seconds of songs that I've downloaded with

my phone.? I have a music subscription with Telus on my phone which gives me unlimited mobile and PC downloads. When i Sync my phone with my pc it will only play 30 seconds worth of the songs I've downloaded using Telus Media Player. The Only media player that will play their music is this so, is their something wrong with my phone or pc? The music will play fine on my phone.
