How do i get my Metro PCS phone's voice memo get changed into my ringtone?

Im Having Alot Of Trouble Getting My Phone To Work With My Voice Memo! I Can Use It But, The Only Problem Is That I Don't Know How To Make My Voice Memo A Ringtone!! So Can Someone Please Help Qiuck And Fast!

If the option is not Locked, Then you should be able to go to the sound, Click options, Set as Or set as tone and then set it, But most companys lock that feature out.
