I have to go to my Nana's tonight for a early Christmas, and I am now on my period, and at night, i leak more then during the day. i go through at least 5 pads, and i have no idea what to do, and i am very scared. anyone got any tips/ suggestions?

where a tampon to bed if you change it before you go to bed and right when you wake up you will be fine. and also when you where the tampon where a panty lilner!!
