i am trying to access my bank online and a pop up security certification...

It seems that it's more than one site your
having this problem with.....so do this...

The first thing to always check with

certificate errors is the following....

Right click the clock....click on adjust time/date

and make sure the Day ...Date...Month....Year

are all correct....also check your in right time zone

Accept the security certificate.
