can someone explain 2 me ways 2 put pics on a psp?

i tried like it said in the manual n making a folder 4 pics like u do 4 music... all my files are jpeg and i moved pics into the folder and it didn't work, they didn't show up on my psp. some one else gave me a suggestion 2 make a picture folder in the music folder n that didn't work either.... what should i do???? and what about videos too??? i can't get those on my psp?
