Really bad swollen glands?

I've got really bad swollen glands on both sides, like so bad that it hurts to breathe and swallow even a little bit. I've been taking ibuprofin and drinking hot tea but it's not helping a lot. Any other suggestions? Also, should I see a doctor? I've had these for about 2 days now and my other symptoms are a headache and some sneezing.
