I am begining to wonder now, since I had been using exclusively my stationary cycle about six times a day since Nov 18th. My calf muscles have gotten enourmous, and my thighs somewhat better than they were. However, my weight is bouncing around the same numbers, from 325 down to 320 and everywhere in between.

Question, is this what I am to expect from the cycle only workout " Building the calf & thigh muscles with little weight loss actually.

Is it more likely that I won't actually lose weight this way but transform fat to muscle by doing this type of workout only. To actually lose weight I " HAVE TO " add other elements to my workout - not all cycle.
