every time i exercise i feel kind of itchy all over during it (mostly my back) and for about 45 minutes afterwards. my back and shoulders kinda get red spots on them too which appear every time i exercise or after a shower. it sucks, what can i do about it? i feel like im allergic to exercise or heat.
