have to take it to a garage? I hit a deer tonight, and it damaged the front end of my vehicle. The car is still drivable. I have a 00 deductible (which I cannot currently afford), and I have a loan on the vehicle through Toyota financial.

Is it possible to get an estimate from my insurance agency (Progressive) for the cost of parts, receive a check for that amount (minus deductible), and perform the repairs myself?

You will not receive the check since Toyota has the lien.

Not likely through Progressive.
It is possible though. Tell them that you have a preferred Auto Body store and that you will only want them to repair it.
You might luck out.
