my family hates me... i don't come home... what can i do?

i'm 16 years old and my family hates me...
its gone on for a while but recently i have just snapped... my family and i fight everyday and i admit i am evenly in the wrong sometimes but when i apologies i get told to go and i usually get thrown out of the house.
i can't go talk to them either because it is always one of three scenario's; they talk like i am not here, i get stuff thrown at me and/or i get hit, usually by my mum. i have been on holidays for three weeks and have only been home 3 times... when i can't sleep at a mates house or my girlfriends i sleep either at the beach or the park. my school headmaster has helped a few times...
i don't know what to do, my girlfriend and i are in love and you may say we are not because we are 16, but we would walk to the ends of the earth for one another and have helped each other out in tough times... i love her more than i love anyone and her parents give her grief about dating me because of my family and she says she loves me and she has stood up for me to her family before...
i don't know what to do, i got something called plurecy and nearly died and my family didn't even know/care i had it so my friend drove me to hospital and the only people who came to check on me were; my friends, my principal, my boss, and my girlfriend stayed for the whole weekend and even slept in the chair next to me...

i also know they didn't get me anything for christmas cause i saw my list in the bin, my girlfriends family are warming up to me because she loves me and i love her and they said i can go to mass with them.
i'm spending christmas in my local church working for the homeless, i don't want to intrude on my gf's place even though they invited me to spend christmas day with them....

what do i do, who should i talk to??

idk, if u live in the US get emancipated from her parents (if u hav a good case, that is) or maybe talk 2 friend of the family or another extended family member... maybe they can talk 2 ur family or just don't talk 2 ur family at all. also talk 2 ur guidance counselor when you go back 2 school. mayb they can give u some suggestions

Heya.is there a family memeber who can take u in? u shouldnt have to go through this.tlk to some of ur family bout this or child services.
