Is downloading on a boat dangerous?

Would people (as in the captain or technician) find out and come into your cabin and report you to the police etc.? I'm talking boats like the Stena line, ferries.

I guess it depends on what you're downloading.... If you're using their internet service, I'd ask to see their internet use policies. If you're using your own connection (like a mobile card from a cell phone carrier) you should be free to do whatever you like.

Well I think they have better more important things to be doing-at least I hope they do!!.
I know they don't give a flip what you do on an airplane. I showed the guy 2 seats over how to download porn from REDTUBE. He thought it was the best thing since sliced bread.
If you are talking about filesharing no they BETTER have other things to do.
