FREE Video converter to audio?

does anyone know of a site offering a free software to convert Videos from YOUTUBE into audio. Recently Vixy.net was allowing, but they've been working on there site forever now. There are other sites but they charge or you have to buy the product. Does anyone know of another FREE converter?

I use youtube downloader to get the vid.

then use a freeware converter
