if my birthday is april 1st and i will be 16, and i get my permit that day, how long after that could i get my licsense?

okay i know its not 17 by the way, and before you answer make sure you have expirience because the one guy said i could get it 6 months before turning sixteen............no i cant.

i'm pretty sure you get a junior license at 17 which allows you to drive by yourself from dawn to dusk. then with an adult with a license. the only exception is if you are going to or coming from work or school. but that was in 1962 when i got mine
