Question about Birth movie with Nicole Kidman?

I have not seen this movie yet and won't really get the time soon to watch it, but I overheard my mom once talking about a really controversial scene in this movie that disgusted alot of people. I was just curious what exactly this scene is? She said something about what she (Kidman) does with the boy or something? does anyone know what that scene is?

Nicole Kidman takes a bath with a 10 year old boy that she believes is her dead husband reincarnated. It's not especially graphic or sexual. I didn't think it was a big deal.
