My wife uses my XBox 360 elite for half an hour a day to play a exercise DVD. Is it okay or should I tell her to hook up a DVD player? I just want to avoid the RROD.

The red ring of death shouldn't happen with the elites and it should only happen at all if you play for more than about 4-5 hours at one time without giving the machine a break.
