i downloaded the program utorrent and i downloaded a torrent file, but now i dont know how to open that file using utorrent. I already tried but it wont work. I am assuming i don't know how.

so HELP plz !!!
actually it works, but why is it so slow?
isn't it suppost to be fast, at least faster the limwire?

so my question would have been, "how do i get a torrent file on utorrent to download?"
NOTE- i had downloaded utorrent already
