Is it bad to put eyeliner on the little rim thingy under your eye?

on some people ( like me ) it makes their eyes dry and feels bad. but no its not bad as far as i know

i think its like if the eyeliner is super old you could get an infection easier or something. I do it all the time and im fine. So dont worry.

i dont think so.. I do it all the time, i use it even do it with liquid eyeliner. Its only bad if you get it in your eye.

Do you mean like, if you pull down the bottom of your eye and put it there?

It's bad if you wear contacts because sometimes it gets on the edge of the contact and then you have a black thing floating in your eye :-[
