does any one know about a haro bike?

If it's bent really bad you need a new one. On a bike like yours I'd just get a new wheel. Many times it's cheaper to buy the wheel than purchase a rim and have it laced. If you aren't sure that it needs to be replaced, take just the wheel to a bike shop. They can tell you if it can be trued and about how well it will turn out if it can be done at all.
